On 30 December 2021, Dr. Sokona Dagnoko Sissoko, the Country Director of SAA Mali and her staff hosted Dr Sacko Oussouby, President of Kyoto Seika University (http://www.kyoto-seika.ac.jp/eng/) in Japan who was recently appointed SAA Ambassador.
