The MOU with Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS) on agricultural research and extension in Africa concluded
On May 18, 2023, the Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA) and the Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a comprehensive collaboration agreement on agricultural research and extension in Africa.

African Seed Trade Association - AFSTA is an organization that works to promote seed trade and entrepreneurship in Africa. SAA at the Reception to celebrate the Birthday of the Japanese Emperor in Ethiopia
The Embassy of Japan in Ethiopia and the Mission of Japan to the African Union hosted the reception to celebrate the 63rd birthday of His Majesty the Emperor on 22 February 2023 at the Ambassador’s Residence in Addis Ababa. Dignitaries including government officials, diplomatic corps, representatives of international organizations, NGOs, and private companies attended the event.
